At about 11:30 AM on 2 January 2010, I met HB Elkins (KY) and John Roberts (TX) for lunch at El Chico in Arlington. After lunch was the tour.
First part of the tour, after separation in traffic and rejoining HB, to view construction along TX 360 at TX 180.
Next stop of the tour was at a convenience store to view the Dallas High Five interchange, at I-635 and US 75.
