These photos are taken between McAlester and Fort Worth (where I stayed overnight).
The first two photos are at OK 63 in Kiowa. Signs are updated.
The next two photos, of old-style guide signs, are at OK 131 south of Kiowa.
Near Stringtown, US 69 carries OK 43 for 5 miles. The next three photos are of the guide signs (old style) at the two intersections. In this direction I missed getting the shot of the reassurance sign at the duplex; the marker was still the older type.
The next six photos are from the Atoka area. In this area the guide signs are older type; the independent-mount type are updated type. Some of these pictures qualify as "sine salad."
The next four photos were taken at night. The first two are for OK 22 at Caddo (old style shields on guide signs).
The two remaining photos are for OK 78 and OK 48 near Durant. Guide signs use old style markers.
Due to the darkness I ceased taking photos the rest of the trip into Fort Worth. The guide signs for OK 91 at Colbert use the old style markers.
