On 4 July 2009 I took some shots of the Kentucky Bend area. This is the part of Kentucky separated from the rest of the state by Missouri, thanks to the course of the Mississippi River. It is only accessible by road from Tennessee.
North end of TN 22: continues as county road (former KY 313)
View southbound: state line sign (no indicator of being in Kentucky appears at the location
Views looking east from the nearby levee
View looking west from the same levee
The next three locations are what I suspects as possibilities for the north end of old KY 313.
I followed the paved county road to its end, which is at a private drive.
Then I doubled back on the paved road to an improved gravel road, following it to its end at the levee on the northern part of the bend.
