I had a chance to take two trips to Puerto Rico with the National Guard in 1998 and 1999. The island is divided into 78 municipalities, which is Puerto Rico's equivalent of counties. The map below shows the municipalities I clinched on the trips (25 of 78 or 32%). Clinched ones are in green, the rest in yellow.
