A stop in Glasgow, near a historic marker in downtown, a few blocks north of the MO 5/240 split (shot 15 March 2009)
Nearby pier, used in the old riverboat days

View looking upstream (north) from the end of the pier. Where the Missouri comes in from the west, ahead is the mouth of the Little Chariton River.

View looking downstream (south) from the end of the pier. In view is the KCS railroad bridge. Behind the bridge is a set of piers from the MO 240 bridge, in a replacement project in 2009 (the decking and stringers are gone as of the time of the photo).
