Here are some photos taken on US 63 south of Kirksville on 4 November 06. These are newly opened expressway sections not yet on the maps.
The first photo is taken just south of Millard, MO. The expressway section opened in 2005. MoDOT plans to add lanes from here north to Kirksville (MO 11) within the next 5 years. The once-proposed Kirksville bypass was to meet the expressway at this point.

The next photo is taken about 4 miles north of Macon. MoDOT plans to add lanes from here to US 36 within the next 5 years. The once-proposed Macon Bypass was to meet the expressway here.

The next photo is taken at the south edge of Macon where lanes are added but the road is not divided.

The next photo is taken about 3 miles south of Macon where the road becomes a divided 4-lane. The once-proposed Macon Bypass was to meet the expressway here.

The next photo is taken just north of Jacksonville, MO. The newly-opened expressway starts at the top of the next hill and bypasses Jacksonville to the east.

The next photo is taken just north of Moberly, MO. This is the first advance sign for the new Business 63/Morley Street exit.

The next photo is taken at the approach to the new Morley Street exit where the project ends. US 24 is 1/2 mile further south.
