Atchison County, MO
This is an unusual highway in that it has no direct connection to any other state highway in Missouri. Both ends are at the Iowa state line. Along with adjacent county roads, it is separated from the rest of Missouri by the Nishnabotna River and Interstate 29. Its total length is 5.7 miles. The photo below shows the layout of the area.

The west end is about 6 miles west of Hamburg, Iowa, and becomes Fremont County route J64 upon crossing Iowa (15TTE 68492 96263).
