Actual: 2-lane from south of Millard to MO 11, divided 4-lane MO 11 to MO 6 east, 3-lane (center turn) MO 6 east to Green St, 5-lane (center turn) Green St to MO 6 west. Construction update: new 4-lane open between Millard and MO 11 (2008) makes the atlas accurate south of MO 6 east.

US 63 from south of Millard to Macon shown 2 lane. Actual: expressway from south of Millard to 4 miles north of Macon. Corrected in 2009 issue. Portion of US 63 for the first 4 miles north of Macon is 3-lane for the first mile and undivided multilane to route DD.

Atlas shows MO 42 section between MO 5 and Business US 54 near the Lake of the Ozarks. The actual section is a combination of secondary roads. The MO 42 west extension is merely a proposal.

St. Louis area: exit numbers are omitted on I-64, the portion of I-170 between I-70 and I-64, MO 370 and MO 364.

IA 27 south of US 218 still shown to carry the decommissioned IA 394, and shown 2-lane. Now open as expressway. Error also on Iowa pages. 2008: road now shown as expressway but still showing IA 394. 2009 issue has eliminated the IA 394 usage.
