The Oakland Area Overhaul

This is an idea for correcting the I-238 orphan near San Leandro and incorporating CA 99 which is FHWA-designated as a future Interstate.

This map shows the area as it exists.

And here is the correction, assuming CA 99 becomes I-9. If CA 99 becomes I-7, the new highway would be I-107.
